SEOUL, April 29 (Yonhap) — G-Dragon’s world tour advertisement adorns a giant billboard in New York City’s Times Square, his management agency said Saturday.
YG Entertainment said the billboard showed the promotional video for the upcoming “ACT III, M.O.T.T.E” world tour by the leader of Korean idol band BIGBANG. On top of the video, music video highlights of WINNER and Black Pink were played.
The videos received a “heated response” from travelers from all around the world, the company said.
The singer-rapper is scheduled to kick off the tour with a concert at Seoul World Cup Stadium in western Seoul on June 10, followed by 23 concerts in 19 cities worldwide.
